When you receive your invoice by email, you will have the opportunity to process a credit card payment by following the online payment process. We accept all major credit cards. This is the best and quickest option for paying your invoice.
We can accept checks, however, the transportation process cannot start until the check is received and clears our bank account. Please contact us at (646) 960-9933 if you would like to pay by check.
You may also initiate an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly to our bank account. An EFT can be chosen when you go through the online payment process when you receive the invoice.
We sure can! However, the process to transfer embryos, eggs, sperm, testicular tissue or ovarian tissue may take a bit longer to organize depending on the receiving country. Some countries require specific licenses or permits to be obtained in order to transport human tissue into the specific country.
Of course. This is what we call client transparency. When you place a domestic shipping order with us, you will receive an email with a link to track the progress of your shipment or you will receive emails updating you on the status of your shipment.
For international orders, you will receive emails updating you on the status of your shipment.
The only document that needs to be submitted by you is our online Transfer Information Form. The items in the online Transfer Information Form are everything that we need in order to start the process of transferring your specimens.
When you receive your quote you will also receive our Terms and Conditions as an attachment. The following statement will be in your quote email “By placing an order with Fertility Couriers, LLC, you hereby acknowledge that you have reviewed, and expressly agree to all of, the Terms and Conditions enclosed with this quote. You also agree that the Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Fertility Couriers, LLC.” You can accept this statement and your quote by responding to the email that you agree.
It depends. For local drive deliveries, the time of delivery depends on how far the receiving clinic is from the shipping clinic in addition to traffic and weather. Typically, local drive deliveries will take about 1-2 hours to be delivered but can take longer with unexpected delays.
For cross country or international deliveries, typically the receiving clinic will receive the shipment within 1 business day. However, this is subject to how close the clinic is to the airport.
We recommend about 2 weeks from the time that you pay your invoice. The reason for this is that once your invoice is paid, we will contact the shipping clinic and receiving clinic to schedule the tank deliveries. Sometimes the clinics are busy and do not have availability to receive or ship tanks until a specific time in the future. Other times the paperwork you need to submit to the shipping clinic to release the specimens from their control is incomplete. In order to expedite this process, we ask that you contact both the shipping clinic and receiving clinic to make sure all paperwork has been submitted and approved.
It really depends on where the specimens are located and where the specimens will be transported. You can submit a quote request by visiting Get a Quote. It is really easy to submit a quote request. We will email you a quote as quickly as possible.
We use MVE 4/2v or MVE 4/3v liquid nitrogen dry shipper tanks. Each of these tanks will keep the specimens frozen for up to 21 days as long as the shipment is handled properly. Each tank will be shipped in a shipping container specifically designed to protect the shipment during transport.
